These Terms of Service govern your use of the heggsvision.uk website operated by LUMIO ENTERTAINMENT LTD (Company No. 17042673), registered at 34 Croydon Road, Caterham, Surrey, CR3 6QB. By using this website you agree to these terms.
LUMIO ENTERTAINMENT LTD provides media representation services (SIC 73120) and information services (SIC 63990). Services are provided exclusively under individual written agreements negotiated prior to commencement. This website is a lead generation and information resource, not a point of sale.
No services are purchased directly through this website. Enquiries submitted via the contact form begin a scoping conversation. All services are formally engaged through a written agreement or statement of work, countersigned by both parties, and invoiced separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Refund terms are set out in individual service agreements. Where a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation or pursue legal remedies. We are responsible for our own work; we are not responsible for outcomes attributable to information or materials provided by the client.
All content on this website is the property of LUMIO ENTERTAINMENT LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission. Work products created for clients under a service agreement belong to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in that agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, LUMIO ENTERTAINMENT LTD's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
